Our longer opening hours are essential to maximize viewing opportunities for your property, in fact, 60% of our viewings are carried out after 5pm and at weekends. We are open 7 days a week and late into the evenings. Being flexible is what we do best!

Receiving an offer

Once you have accepted an offer, your solicitor will send out a draft contract to the buyer’s solicitor who will then carry out inquiries and searches. In the meantime, your buyer will arrange a survey on your property. Capstone will be there throughout the entire process, keeping you informed every step of the way.
